HOW IT WORKS

Book a call to receive a quote.

STEP 1

We value your time and aim to make things simple. In a 15–30 minute meeting, we’ll speak about your project and vision for the shoot, as well as provide a quote during the meeting for you to consider. If you’re ready, we can also discuss potential shoot dates.

STEP 2

From simple eCommerce to curated campaigns.

Once the photoshoot date is booked in, you will receive a pre-production consultation call to discuss the finer details. This will entail, timelines, shot list, backdrops, lighting style, HMU, Models, props, image deliverables and more. We thrive on a well-planned photoshoot.

STEP 3

Lifestyle, beauty + fashion Photography.

To be retail-ready, or launch with confidence, quality photography is by your side. From eCommerce product photography, fashion photoshoots, beauty products, lifestyle campaigns or simple headshot photography, our team work with you to align your photographs with your brand.

STEP 4

Melbourne Photography Studio

Our sunlit studio is based in Melbourne’s peaceful  Diamond Creek (with an inviting atmosphere, free all-day parking, coffee to warm your toes and organic treats to fuel you through the day).

STEP 5

We work our mastery.

With our shot list and run sheet in hand, we ensure all required images are captured for your brand, personal profile or creative idea. We will send you a proofing gallery of all the best photos to review and select for our high-quality and detailed retouching.

STEP 6

Final file delivery.

You will receive your edited photos 7-10 business days from photo selection (sometimes earlier). If you require images urgently, we do offer a 2 day turn around with a rush fee.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have a simple, step by step process because working with us is bringing order to chaos.

01 | Enquiry:
Simply email hello@malonco.au with your photoshoot details or BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL to discuss your project with Justine

02 | Saying Yes!
Once you’re ready to commit, we will send you a link to book a day or time that works best for you and your photoshoot (this is where you pay your session fee – so easy right!?).

03 | Planning:
Once you’ve paid the session/booking fee you’ll have the chance to book in your
pre-production meeting to discuss the style, details and requirements of your photoshoot.

04 | Production Day:
Following the shot list and run list we compiled during planning, we capture all required images, from your brand or creative idea to your personal profile. You’ll receive a proofing gallery of all the best photos from the shoot for you to review and select for retouching.

05 | Photo delivery:
Your final photography will be ready to use within 7-14 business days of the image selection.

BONUS!
You will have access to the full library of images for up to 1 year and can request extra photos to be retouched at any time.

01 | Session Fee:
We request a booking/deposit fee which secures your spot in our calendar + covers the pre-production and session time for our photographer to be on set.

02 | Image cost/deliverables:
You have a choice of 3 packages, to accommodate your photoshoot. This allows you to budget for your photoshoot and only receive what you need. Packages will be discussed in our discovery call.

TIMEFRAME

Beyond the hustle, we carve out dedicated post-photoshoot mtime to finesse and perfect your images. Within 7-14 business days of your selection, we deliver your eCommerce visuals, each one a carefully crafted masterpiece.

DELIVERABLES
